Mr. Whippy is a heartwarming short film that explores the transformative power of kindness through the unlikely friendship between a curious young boy named Sam and a weary ice cream vendor, Mr. Whippy.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Blue Mountains and select urban areas, this film aims to highlight the importance of community connections, empathy, and the simple joys of life, resonating with audiences of all ages.
